Quite heavy and very sturdy

I didn't think too much about this when I grabbed it

And certainly it appears that an actual fish head was used as a mold

I might guess British, though am not sure; I do think WW2 era. To my eye great in every way, down to the red stained brick wall they're sitting on. 2 1 8" in diameter. General wear and age, and not sure if that red is a stain or hand coloring all to the good in any case. Mirror back is in good shape.
