I don't know enough to know for certain

they are traditionally used in initiations of young monks or during ceremonies as a visualization aid to invoke a deity or divinity or simply as a representation of the object of the offering ritual

Solid brass, nice weight and feel in the hand, with with some good wear at the tip attesting to having indeed done some duty as a doorstop. 3 3 4" x 1" x 7 8. Very good condition, great
