Domaine Georges Roumier Bonnes Marres Grand Cru 2023 Region - Provence For over a hundred yearsThis wine comes from east facing vineyards on a moderately steep slope, where 40 year old vines grow on chalky marl at the top and clay limestone lower down. Hand harvested and sorted, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts, partially destemmed, and gently worked, then aged 16 months in oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
