With a matching height and a larger top, this table is perfectly suited for use as a coffee table. The design of the slit table is inspired by Origami. By folding the plate frame underneath the tabletop to form the table legs the art of folding paper is represented in steel. In doing so a slit emerges where the two edges meet, thus giving the table its name. This process
