407 and 409 for ten years then re casked in 2010 into bourbon barrels before finially being finished in Oloroso hogshead for a further 6 months

Distilled in 2011 from Appaloosa Barley then matured for 13 years in a 2nd fill fresh oak cask

All this is balanced by wisps of salty sea air and white pepper spice
