Early fixed caliper check, which is nicely blued and adequately strong. Stamped D3 inside. Correct original and un filed smooth brass foot with a 3 stamp as well. Very, very minor line grooves on frame by stripping pillar. Original ivorine handle spins freely. Minor spool spindle play. As with most leaded Dingleys,
