Flexx Handlebar Short Rebound Elastomer and Bolt Kit FasstBars We manufacture the wrench in-houseThe Short Rebound Elastomer Kit shortens the Rebound elastomer and bolt length on Standard and Tall Flexx Handlebars. On Standard and Tall Flexx Handlebars the nut and bolt move inward 10mm. For Low Bends the bolt head is move inward 7mm. The Short Rebound creates more space to move your levers inboard or further down without interfering with the bolt.
