Serial #4114, made in December 1963 by Bob Summers. The rod is in excellent+ condition. All sections are full length and straight. Mr. Summers has since partially restored the rod and replaced the grip. No repairs have been made to the cane. The rod features the signature PHY mottle flamed look that appeals to so many.
