Crushed Malt - Chocolate Malt 3Kg Pack Peco 1 x 1Kg Brewing sugarChocolate Malt is used in the production of darker beers including bitters, ruby ales, milds, stouts and porters. It can of course be mixed with the lighter malts to recreate your favourite beer or perhaps create your own secret recipe. Chocolate malt should be used sparingly (no more than 5% of total malt content of your brew) and has a strong coffee flavour with notes of mild burnt toast. This malt is similar to black malt but less harsh and bitter.
