E.C. Powell 9'6 3/2 B-Taper Bamboo Rod 2-Piece and my handmade black-anodized uplockingFor sale here is an E. C. Powell 9'6" bamboo rod. B 9 taper. Three sections with two tips. The rod is in excellent condition. All sections are full length and straight. The second tip was made at a later date and is noticeably lighter in color and roughly the same taper, though not as precise as the original Powell taper, measuring + . 003" . 010" (measurements were taken with a Starrett micrometer on the same 6" stations on both tips).
