I've found an exact match of this piece online priced pretty dearly (date also unknown)  but am pricing this one low as I'm just not certain of its origins and really just want it to be loved and worn

which looks rather as if wrapped in a clear band-aid

but just found this one

Very Tall Red Tulip Folk Art Doorstop Chinese decor Småland Museum VaxjoA very cheerful tulip, which I especially love for it's relative absurdity as a doorstop, standing just about as tall as the doorknob! As we head into winter, this one seems a pretty great way to have around, keeping spring near at hand! 25 1 2" t x 5 5 8" widest x 3 3 4" d. Good overall condition and very sound, with a little wear and aging to the paint, all to the good I think.
