I'm thinking this very sweet cigar box on wheels might have been made by a parent or grandparent long ago as part of a traveling circus set

The leather, sheepskin I believe, holds emery powder, used for sharpening pins and needles. Tied with a red ribbon sort of a make do emery, about as far a cry from a silk strawberry as could be! Exactly as found, pins sticking out in all directions. 2 1 2" x 1 3 8" x 1". Sound and stable, exactly as found. The ribbon is old, so I'd be a bit gentle handling it.
