The result is a smooth, richly flavoured whisky that perfectly captures the distillerys character. On the nose, floral and sweet notes meet gentle peat smoke. The palate reveals layers of honey, burnt sugar, and soft spice, balanced by sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering dried
