The sharp, durable premium carbon steel blade effortlessly cuts through mushrooms, while the stained curly birch handle provides a secure grip, even when wet. At the end of the handle, a brush made from arenga fiber (made from the Arenga Pinnata sugar palm tree) allows you to gently clean your finds right in the forest. The knife comes with a handmade
