It also offers an intensely aromatic nose of licorice wrapped around orange blossom flowers, perfumed ever so and peppered with zesty spice, wet stone minerals, and white peach. Drinking this wine by itself is quite enjoyable, but it can also be paired with spice grilled pork, goat cheese, and spinach salads.
