3 1/2" x 5 1/2" with a bit of staining on the blank area

Just above his stick is a bit of a brown spot which gives that patch of the sky a bit of the feel of a tiny tornado

which are all still enclosed

but clearly it is very old

But there is no sign around the edges or on back that it was welded to something else, so perhaps it was somehow glued adhered flush to a mount.
