One the plans there is tiny printed text on one side and hand-written (in pencil) text on the opposite side

I found this is in Massachusetts and would guess late 19th/early 20th century

and demolished in 1947

as if he's just woken from a nap

Charming and Cheerful Vintage Painted Wooden House Exit sign One the plans there isJust a little charmer of a house, 1940s or so I would guess, which makes me want to to pot miniature pants and place them on on the front porch! And with its open windows, one just might want to perch a little cat on one ledge, too:) Very sweet. 8 w x 6 1 4 t x 5 7 8 d. A little paint loss and a bit of minor flaking but stable and structure is very sound.
