EF Payne Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 3/2 #4 9'9" One set of mid-tips feelsAn early EF Payne bamboo fly rod, 8', 3 piece, 2 tip and built for what feels to me like a #4. The rod weighs 3. 1 ounces on my scale. This is fairly close to the specs for a Model 200 rod, but without a hang tag we'll never know for sure. Likely a late 1920's model but professionally refinished in the 1960's judging by the straight tube tip tops.
